ROYAL A&P SHOW New Zealand

• No member has applied yet to host a Royal Show in the 2026.2027 show season.

Royal Events

Royal Events were introduced in 2001.  A Royal Event allows A&P Associations to promote and feature a specific section at their Show.  In some circumstances two sections may be allowed.  The RAS Supreme Champion Medal and red, white and blue ribbon is awarded to Supreme Champions in these sections.  In 2018 RAS Champion Medals and ribbons were also introduced.

• Waverley – Home Industries – 17 November 2026:    Waverley AP Assn is excited to announce that this year our Home Industries will be an Royal A P Event

• Poverty Bay – Dog Trials and Equestrian – 15-18 October 2025
• Marlborough – Home Industries – 8/9 November 2025
• Mayfield – Home Industries – 14 March 2026
